ウイルス性発疹 (Viral exanthem) は体の外側に広がる広範囲の発疹で、通常は小児に発生します。発疹は、毒素、薬物、微生物によって引き起こされる場合もあれば、自己免疫疾患によって引き起こされる場合もあります。一般的なウイルスの多くは、症状の一部として発疹を引き起こすことがあります。治療のために水痘・帯状疱疹ウイルス（水痘または帯状疱疹）およびおたふく風邪を検査する必要があります。
